Description

The father of the embryo is Cornet’s Balou (Balou du Reventon), who unites the excellent pedigrees of show jumping heroes, Cornet Obolensky and Continue. Cornet’s Balou has inherited the perfect gene mix from them. Cornet Obolensky competed at the Olympic Games and he won the Samsung Super League Final twice and is one of the best modern show jumping sires. His dam is Georgia, pruduced exceptional stallion Balou du Rouet, who competed successfully in 1.50 m classes.   Georgia is also the dam of Balou du Rouet, so Cornet’s Balou is a sibling of Balou du Rouet. Cornet’s Balou demonstrates a fascinating technique and bascule over jumps. He is also very forward-moving and careful horse that is a pleasure to ride. Cornet’s Balou was competed on 1.70 m in 2021 with an amrican rider, Brian Moggre. He is currently competing. He has more successful offsprings, like Cornet’s Cambridge (1.65 m), Crack Balou (1.60 m), Mike Wazowski (1.60 m), etc.

The mother of the frozen embryo is Calandra 19 (A-Calandra), she was competed successfully on 1.40 lvl in Germany. Two of her siblings were competed at the Olympic Games in London in 2012: Marcus Ehning with Calandra 42, and Doron Kuipers with Charley. In this damline you find Fein Cera, who competed at the Olypmics in 2002 and was successful on international shows on 1.60lvl. Kleine Cera was give birth to more big leveled jumping horses, like Echo of Light who was ridden by John Whitaker on *** shows. Or Ornellaia who was ridden at the Olypmic games in Rio de Janeiro. Quite Capitol is also competed on 1.55 lvl, and more of his brothers too: Verdi TN (1.70lvl), Quel Homme de Hus (1.70lvl), Sterrehof’s Calimero (1.70 lvl).
